Graduating Seniors (90 Semester hours or more) are encouraged to complete a placement file. This file consists of your references, a personal data sheet, and other pertinent data. Career Development will submit information to prospective employers as requested. You may download placement files from the links below. There are different forms for education majors and non education majors. When completed, please print it out, sign your name to all appropriate lines and bring it to Career Services, Old Main, room 102.
